How to pay monthly maintenance charges:

1)  ACH, E-Check or Credit Card via Pride Property Management Website

 Payments via the website will require you to register and set up an online user profile.  You will need to input your account number, which is found on your monthly statement.

2.)  Complete the Automatic Paymebt Enrollment Form

With this form you can authorize Pride to debit your bank account each month.

3.)  Bill Pay from your bank

Please note that any bill payment services provided by your bank actually produces a manual check that is mailed directly to Pride's lockbox at National Cooperative Bank.  Please initiate the payment 3-5 days prior to the due date to ensure these payments will be processed in a timely manner.  Please indicate your account number on the memo line.

4.)  Mail a check with your payment coupon to:
